Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Monthly Sales target.
  • Prepare monthly, quaterly & yearly sales target.
  • Follow up booking & delivary timeline.
  • Maintaining & increasing sales volume of company’s need.
  • Frequently visit own areas corporate office & make database.
  • Need analysis corportae customer needs & capable for sales aquisition.
  • Make frequently activation & promotion plan in branch.
  • Strictly follow up brnach sales activity, service & claim issue.
  • Should be capable for analysis customer needs & competitor activity.
  • Continously work for development as required.
  • Corporate bill submission / bill collection.
  • Look after new customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
  • Prepare corporate offer letter.
  • Follow up with the corporate/ customer service/ operational related issues.
  • Market Analysis, Market information collection & Customer demand.
  • Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
  • Sales Monitor all branch and also monitor the activities of companies competing in the market and take necessary step accordingly.
  • Responding quarries in the mail and whatsApp.
  • Monitor sales team & check their movement status on daily basis.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any recognized university


  • Must have 5 to 10 years work experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Work experience in pharmaticials sector will be given pirority.
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  • 5+ years in sales management within a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Motivational speaking experience
