Job Context

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join in our HR and Customer Care team to support the continuous business growth of the company. Those who can join in a short period of time are requested to apply soon.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control all admin issues i.e. utility services, transportation, office equipment & tools, safety & security, etc.
  • Prepare all notices, circulars, office orders, and meeting schedules & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
  • Provide Customer Care Management Services.
  • Update all admin and HR documents and records.
  • Contact and visit customers as and when required.
  • Perform any administrative/HR activity as assigned by the Management.

Employment Status : Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years

Additional Requirements

  • Must have basic application knowledge & skill in working with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, e-mail correspondence, etc.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and Service oriented.
  • Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Dhaka (Banani)

Salary: The salary range for this position is BDT 22,000 to 35,000, depending on industry experience, academic qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
