Job Responsibilities

• Collection and evaluation of Sales and Marketing related information using MS-Excel/customized software
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to cross-analyze performance of Sales team and Dealers
• Coordination with Sales Team for proper and on-time collection of data (Dealer Recruitment, Sales Recruitment, Monthly Claims, Attendance, etc.) and update them with required information time to time for achieving targets and goals of the company
• Prepare monthly claims of Sales Team and Dealers
• Maintain liaison with IT, Factory, Marketing, Distribution, Audit and Accounts department for on-time data collection and synchronization
• Track Active and inactive Sales team and Dealer and evaluate their performance
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Graduate / Masters preferably in Marketing/Accounting
• Minimum 2 to 4 year(s) of experience in data management and analysis
• Sound Working knowledge with MS-Excel/customized software environment
• Good analytical ability to generate formats for evaluation of sales activities
