Job Responsibilities

• Plan on Market Development (Brand and Trade Marketing) Strategy to Increase Market Share and Company Profit per SBU in line with strategy and targets and within budget
• Analyze sales trend of company/ industry & identify new market opportunity to implement successful marketing plan that ensure the sustainable business growth
• Follow up and analyze competitive price, promotion, coverage and sales report
• Prepare annual promotional (ATL, BTL & TTL) budget, implement monthly and ensure execution on time Develop & execute effective promotional strategies (Brand, consumer and trade) to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Maintain media relationship to supervise advertising and maintain advertising and promotional campaign
• Conduct market research to assess competition, explore new market opportunities and place recommendations for new products introduction or improvement of existing products
• Track products' movement in different regions and designing promotion to achieve company goals
• Train marketing and sales team to increase their knowledge regarding products, merchandising and develop their selling skills thus increase overall productivity
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management

Requirements

• BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing)
• Minimum 6-8 year(s) of experience in Brand & Trade Marketing Management of a FMCG Company
• Good analytical ability for evaluation of marketing activities
• Good communication skill
