Name of Position: Head of Innovation & Digital Banking

Grade: FAVP/AVP/FVP/VP

Required for: Digital Banking Unit.

Educational/ Professional Exposure:

  • Post Graduation in e-Commerce, Computer Science or related discipline from any recognized educational institution.
  • Minimum 9 years banking experience including 03-05 years relevant experience as Head / Deputy Head of Division and having good knowledge of Digital banking products.
  • Able to develop roadmap for Digital Banking, Digital Banking Product Initiation & Offerings and aware of related technologies, marketing & legal compliances to become leader in marketplace.
  • Ensure effective implementation of new service and perform post implementation review after launch.
  • Strong knowledge of current mobile applications, devices and trends related to e-finance related products.
  • Highly aware of market trend, related new technologies, new financial technology product.
  • Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.
  • Strong customer focus and orientation with both retail and corporate customer.
