3. Name of Position: System Administrator

• Grade: SEO/PO/FAVP
• Required for: IT Division

Educational/Professional Exposure:

• Graduation in CS/CSE/ICT/IT/ETE/Software Engineering from any reputed university. Post Graduation will be given preference having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
• Linux Certification/Unix Certification/AIX Certification
• CDFOM (Certified Datacenter Facilities Operation Manager)
• Minimum 03-08 years experience in AIX/Solaris/HP UX in any reputed organization preferably in Banks/FIs.
• Experience in installation & maintenance of different servers in Data Centers and Disaster Recovery Site.
• Experience in EMC/HP/IBM storage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
