Name of the Position: Head of Agent Banking Division. Number of Post: 01

• Preferred Grade: Executive i.e., AVP/FVP/VP
• Educational/ Professional Exposure:
• Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institution.
• Having 10-15 years banking experience with preferably 03 years experience as Head/Deputy Head of Agent Banking Unit in any scheduled commercial bank. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
• The candidate must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill to promote and adopt Agent Banking Services.
• Able to develop roadmap for Agent Banking, Agent Banking Product Initiation & Offerings and aware of related technologies, marketing & legal compliances to become leader in marketplace.
• Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.
• Ability to deal with clients having positive approach
