Job Context
MARC Holdings Ltd. is looking for a qualified and well experienced Senior Sales Executive and Marketing Manager who has at least 10 years of working Experience in Renowned Real Estate Company on Sales and Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- To visit prospective customers regularly and set up meetings with potential clients
- To maintain relationship with the existing customers
- To create a strong data base of prospective customers
- To set up meetings with potential clients
- To submit various report to line manager
- Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures
- Attend daily customers and report to close leads
- To achieve sales target and set a new target as well
- Creating new customer to accrue the sales target
- Building a strong relationship with the customer
- Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
- Submit data and management report on time
- To visit the apartment with the client for their quires and satisfaction
- Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect
- Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities, to check application form, to prepare
- payment schedule, to prepare the deed of agreement and signing to the client
- Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience in Reputed Real Estate Company
- The applicants must have 10 years of working experience in Real Estate sector on sales and marketing.
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Developer and Real Estate Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Digital Marketing etc.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skill
- Able to work under pressure.
