Eligibility Criteria for Application

• Four year Bachelors degree with honors or Master's degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Actuarial Science from any Public or renowned Private University in Bangladesh or abroad.
  
• Minimum CGPA 3.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent in Graduation and Post-Graduation level.
  
• Minimum CGPA 5.00 or equivalent in SSC & HSC level.
  
• Age not exceeding 32 years as on August 25, 2023.
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point, knowledge and experience in programming a must.
  
• Preference will be given to part qualified candidates in Actuarial professional exam.

The selected candidates will be required to appear for the examination conducted by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK or Society for Actuaries, USA. The Company will reimburse course materials and examination fees upon successful completion of the exams.

Salary and Benefits

• Attractive remuneration will be given during the probation period. After successful completion of the probation period the incumbent will be confirmed in the regular pay scale of the Company.
  
• Probation period one year.
  
• Other fringe benefits like contributory provident fund, gratuity, group insurance, festival and incentive bonuses to be available after confirmation.
