Qualifications:
  • MBA (major in HRM) or
    Master’s in Management / Public Administration / related subject with PGD in HRM.

Skills Required:

  • HR Operations, Development & Administration, Compliance & Labor Relations.
Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in HR leadership roles.Must have manufacturing experience in a large industrial group or group of companies

Job Summery:

Meghna Group invites applications from dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Head of Human Resources to lead the Group’s HR & Administration functions. The position requires developing a high-performing, compliant, and people-focused culture across all factories, offices, and showrooms under the Group.
Lead HR operations ensuring compliance with Labor Law, Environmental & Fire Safety Regulations.
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation of all factories accurately and timely.
Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Collaborate with departmental heads to align HR and compliance practices with organizational goals and manufacturing efficiency.
Maintain effective liaison with government authorities, compliance auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR and legal operations.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Prepare and monitor HR & compliance reports regularly.

Salary and other benefits: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
