Head of Accounts and Finance
No. of Post - 01 |
- Incumbent should be FCA and capable of handling independently Accounts, VAT, Income Tax/ Insurance & other taxation matters at Head Office for a big industrial and manufacturing concern.

- Proficient in handling Company Account and Taxation matters;
- Minimum five (05) years of working experience in any large group/ manufacturing concern.

- Provide leadership, direction and management of Finance, Accounts, Commercial & Audit team;
- Supervise and ensure of preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements;
- Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation;
- Handle all Banking & Insurance activities including monitoring of Foreign Remittances;
- Handle VAT, Income Tax, Tax Holiday, Costing & Board of Investment (BOI) issues;
- Keep liaison with banks, insurances and other financial institutions regarding financial issues of the group/ company;
- Manage and coordinate with junior colleagues.

General Manager (Electrical Engineer)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/ EEE from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET & SUST only.

- Minimum five (05) to ten (10) years’ working experience as a Senior Manager in any big manufacturing concern/s. Experience in Tyre/ Rubber, Petrochemicals and Polymer/Steel processing industries will be preferred;
- AutoCAD literacy is a must.
- Electro-Mechanical expertise in 33KV/11KV Sub-station to 440/660/690V load allocation at different production units through designing MDB/ SDB/ BBT/ Cable etc. of appropriate size;
- Experience in running Generator (up to 1500KW), Compressor, Boiler, Chiller, WTP etc. will be added advantage;
- Person currently drawing salary less than Tk.75,000.00/month need not apply.

- Installation & commissioning of plant machineries and 33KV/11KV Sub-station as per CAD drawing, design and instruction from Supplier;
- Maintain preventive/scheduled maintenance programme in all areas of electrical system;
- Routine checking of Electrical and electromechanical systems of all plant machinery, generator & equipment etc.
- Troubleshooting of machine’s electrical problem;
- Lead other Engineers and related staff;
- Plan and develop central engineering system;
- Ensure overall electrical safety.

Deputy General Manager/ Assistant General Manager (Fire & Safety)

- Bachelor degree in any discipline & candidate with B.Sc Engineering In Mechanical Engineering /EEE can also apply;
- Educational requirements may be relaxed for more competent candidates & higher position can be considered for the deserving candidate with prolong experience.

- Five (05) to seven (07) years’ hands-on experience in Fire Safety Management & Fire Hydrant Design & Installation;
- Candidates retired from NAVY/ ARMY/ Air Force/ Fire Service & Civil Defense with proven experience in Fire Detection & Protection System will get preference;
- Training on Fire Safety Management from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense will be an added advantage;
- Should have working experience in large factory;
- NFPA Certified personnel will get preference.

- Installing and commissioning of fire protection and detection systems in order to establish a full functional and effective fire safety management system as In-charge of Fire & Safety Department of the Group;
- Monitor and ensure that facility of fire hydrant & fire pumps are adequate and are working properly;
- Arrange daily walk round/ floor visit sand ensure firefighting equipment check and follow up the daily check list activities of the firefighting team of the different sister concern of the Group;
- To ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees and security personnel;
- Conduct monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drill as per program to aware all workers & staffs;
- Conduct training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority quarterly;
- Conduct fire drill monthly and to ensure In-house fire training for fire safety team, general workers, Firefighters; Rescuers, new employees and security personnel.

Production Officer

- B.Sc. (Pass) with chemistry /B. Sc (Hons.)/ MSc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Polymer Chemistry/B.Sc. in Chemical/Polymer Engineering

- Experience in Rubber, Petro Chemicals, Polymer and Steel Industries is desired;
- Experience in Tyre/Tube or allied processing Industries will be preferred but Fresher can also apply.

- Production supervision and maintain quality standard;
- Enhance productivity and meet production target;
- Production planning and minimizing the wastages;.
- Submit production related report to the factory management regularly.

Accounts Officer

B.Com. (Hons.)/ M.Com in Accounting from any reputed university. CA (CC)/ ICMA (Inter) will be given preference. |
- Three (03) years’ experience in related field will be given preference but fresher are encouraged to apply.

- Preparing & checking the vouchers daily;
- Posting in the Cashbook, Bankbook & Ledger on a daily basis;
- Monitoring & taking approval of expenses according to policy;
- Preparation & disbarment of Salary;
- Handling cash, Monitoring cash and deposit to bank according to policy, Writing Cheque, Bank Reconciliation;
- Deal account payable and account receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof;
- Any other jobs assigned by the Management as and when required.

International Business Officer

- Minimum graduate from any reputed university.
