General Manager (Building Maintenance)

|
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields
|
- Experience in maintaining large scale building
- Ex-military personnel/retired Major will be given preference
|
- Overseeing a 24-storied building’s maintenance and repair activities including fire prevention equipment
- Supervision of a group of security and technical people.
- Routine maintenance and preventive action
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Capable of completing the task with minimal supervision and developing maintenance procedures
- Any other assignments given by the senior management time to time as and when required.

Receptionist
No. of Post -01
|
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields
|
- Minimum three years’ experience in any large concerns
|
- Managing all front desk activities smoothly and efficiently
- Any other tasks given by the management as and when needed
|
Salary and other benefits: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
