Position: Manager, Corporate Sales

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Attainment:

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the premium corporate client’s base.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits of Meena Sweets & Confectioneries products to persuade purchase.
  • Plan & direct activities to secure maximum sales volume and profit target from corporate clients.
  • Develop strategies and objectives in regard to generate revenue, profitability and market opportunities.

Client Management:

  • Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with purchasing products that meet their specifications.
  • Follow up clients need through phone call, email, physical visit regular basis to generate orders.
  • Build and maintain strong across customer and company to ensure the long-term business partnership.
  • Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate with the premium corporate clients.

Analyze Market Trends:

  • Continuously increase market intelligence and analyze market trend aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new trends and dynamics of other competitors within the marketplace in relation to build new strategies to optimize sales.

Maintain Corporate Image:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effectively for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
  • Build and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events of Meena Sweets & Confectioneries.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed University e.g Dhaka University, NSU, BRAC, East West University.

Work Experience:

  • 8-10 years’ work experience is required for this position. At least 3 years’ experience as Manager, Corporate Sales in a reputed organization will get preference.

Additional Requirement:

  • The incumbent must have to be align and agile with job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
  • The incumbent need to be proactive to visit the outlets and constantly monitor the performance of outlets.
  • Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, negotiation skill, is required for the position.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills are required for this position.
  • Self-driven and innovative attitude.
  • The incumbent has to be very proactive in nature with dynamic managerial skills.
  • Female candidates with relevant experience will get preference.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Outlook.

Salary: Negotiable
