Position: Executive, Corporate Sales

Number of Vacancy: 01

Job Context: The Executive, Corporate Sales will report to Key Account Manager of the organization. In general, the incumbent will be responsible to maintain relationship with current clients and will identify new business opportunities with them. He/She will be responsible to communicate with existing clients to promote new products, services, or special offers and so on.

Job Responsibilities

Corporate Sales

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in conferences.
  • Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Continuously generating prospect customers and referrals from every visit.
  • Sell products using face-to-face techniques.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales report.
  • File up daily reports and submit them to the direct manager as require.

Corporate Order Management

  • Input data in ERP.
  • Maintain coordination with factory regarding delivery of products.
  • Ensure the delivery of all necessary documents.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Billing & Collection

  • Ensure bill processing & collections.
  • Receive and sort out incoming payments.
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies. Issuing bills, receipts and invoices.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from recognized university. Master of Business Administration (MBA) will get preference.
  • PGD in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Corporate Sales.
  • Advanced computer skills।
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
