Position:Executive, HR & Admin.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administering all the hiring processes of new employees
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.  
  • Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Executing the employee's annual review procedures.  
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees in HRIS software.  
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Conducting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.  
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.  
  • Counseling employees as and when required.  
  • Organizing events and conferences for the employees.  
  • Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.  
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.  
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Coordinate with and report to Operations and Group HR.
  • Administering all the resigning and termination processes
  • Executive administrative tasks as and when required. 

Education and Work Experience:

  • BBA majoring in Human Resources, pursuing MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant field
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

  Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Strong communication skill and ability to multi-task
  • Sound knowledge in MS Excel

Additional Requirements : Age maximum 32 years

Employment Status: Permanent.
