Executive, Procurement

The incumbent will report to the Manager, Procurement. S/he will be responsible to -

  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers.
  • Plan to purchase, estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
  • Maintain communication & relationship with all vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain purchase records and other important data.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
  • Prepare monthly GP report of DSD and BULK groceries.
  • Analyze frozen SKUs.
  • Prepare bills and vouchers with proper documentation and process for necessary approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (major in Supply Chain Management will get preferences).
  • Computer literacy:  Good at Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Must be a team player with helping attitude.
  • Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years working experience in relevant field.
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
