Executive, Customer Relationship

The incumbent will report to the Manager, Brand and Communications. S/he will be responsible to -

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
  
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the query management team
  
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products/offers & campaigns
  
• Meeting with stakeholders of other organizations to plan new benefits for MB customers
  
• Expanding the customer base by upselling, cross-selling & co-branding
  
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
  
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
  
• Increasing the number club card members
  
• Launching innovative campaign for club card members
  
• Execute events for club card members
  
• Helping brand team with outlet activation
  
• Running surveys for brand team

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• BBA / MBA (major in Marketing)

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of working experience in relevant field.

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 years
  
• Computer literacy in MS Office
  
• Ability to manage different projects at the same time
  
• Must be a team player with helping attitude
  
• Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
