Executive, Audit & Internal Control

The incumbent will report to Manager, Audit & Internal Control. S/he will be primarily responsible for:

  • Market analysis of different products as well as follow-up development areas based on findings.
  • Data analysis from various aspect & identify risk factors.
  • Check & verify various invoices such as bills and vouchers.
  • Communicate with HODs and concerned person to provide post audit feedback, and finalize action plans.
  • Check & verify system data refer amendment requests.
  • Promotional follow-up of GFAPL & competitor’s activity.
  • Work closely with Operations team to improve overall service standard to ensure a better customer experience in the outlets.
  • Attend outlet inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Check, verify and report market compititiveness of online counterpart.
  • Attend central warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Visit various source markets to gather market information.
  • Conduct comprehensive audit of selected outlet and prepare audit report.
  • Outlet scrap management analysis & report preparation.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of outlets outside Dhaka.
  • Conduct returnable store audits incentral warehouse.
  • Special outlet compliance audit during Eid period in Dhaka.
  • Conduct different surveys when necessary.
  • Any other task assigned by the reporting supervisor/management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor/Masters in Accounts & Finance from a reputed University.
  • At least 2-3 years of job experience in Audit team. Preferable in Retail Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to change priorities.
  • Computer skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & Outlook.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Positive attitude to visit the Outlets on regular basis.
  • Able to ready to work in odd hours when necessary.

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in Business Administration

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years in relevant field

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
