Position: Manager, Expansion

Job Context: This position will report to General Manager, Expansion of the organization. The “Manager, Expansion” will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities for the company in new markets. This role requires strategic thinking, market analysis, and strong leadership skills to drive expansion initiatives successfully. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct survey, analyze and compare new site rent.
  • Site hunting for Meena Bazar outlet, as per business plan as and when required.
  • Look for best suited site for Meena Bazar outlet as per company requirement.
  • Minimize site rent through effective negotiation with the landlord.
  • Ensure the feasibility of outlets profitability before selection of outlets by involving marketing, sales unit and Operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation & necessary approval from the respective authority as per site selection SOP.
  • Responsible for coordinating all assigned activates with respective interfaces and report accordingly to the Management.
  • Coordinate with legal and land owner for any sorts of site issues and contract singing agreement.
  • Acquire the site from requisition date to hand over date to Project Development department.
  • Ensure the utility connection (Electricity, Water, etc.) for the Meena Bazar outlet as per requirement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and local communities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to inform expansion decisions.
  • Create financial models and forecasts to evaluate expansion projects' potential ROI and profitability.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a reputed institution.
  • BBA/ MBA/ Masters from any discipline will be preferred.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 to 6 year(s) experience in Retail/E-commerce industry.
  • Candidates must have Dealers / Vendors Management & Site Acquisition & Expansion experience.
