Jr. Field Service Engineer (JFSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.

Job purpose
The purpose of the Jr. Field Service Engineer role is to be responsible for servicing of equipment and the maximum service support to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to Service Medical Equipment.
  
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
  
• Completing Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Retrofits, and field modifications.
  
• Instructing customers on the operation, maintenance & testing of the equipment.
  
• Ensuring a high level of communication with the customers, sales forces, operations, and within the operating region to ensure customer needs are rapidly addressed.
  
• Keeping updated & maintaining customer service logs and internal service records on time. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  
• Serving as a company liaison with the customers.
  
• Strategically promoting, educating & marketing brands of the company.
  
• Adhering to current regulatory requirements.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Applied Physics and Electronics
  
• 1 to 3 year(s)

Experience Requirements

• Practical experience in Ophthalmic diagnostics Equipment installation, repair, and maintenance Self-directed and proactive, able to think beyond the immediate problem and drive with minimal guidance/ oversight.

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 30 years
  
• Only males are allowed to apply
  
• Should have knowledge in Basic Networking and Microsoft office
  
• Must have good manner & patience to handle people.
  
• Good interpersonal skills.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Bangla
  
• Must be physically and mentally fit for work long time & travel to outside of Dhaka.
  
• Computer literacy.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
