Position: Executive, Administration

No. of Vacancies: 01

Scope of work:

  • Overseeing the house-keeping of the premises.
  • Supervise & manage the support staff to ensure that the assigned tasks are completed in effective and timely manner.
  • Oversee office maintenance and upkeep of furniture, sanitary items, wall paintings and civil aspects of the premise.
  • Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, monitor and maintain effective functionalists of Electricity, Generator, Computers, CCTV, Internet, Water supply and air coolers.
  • Record maintenance of all administrative works of the company including medical insurance and immigration issues.
  • Arrange Visa processing for foreign employees and communicate with government offices like visa, passport, work permit, Air Ticket, Airport Protocol, NSI, BOI when needed.
  • Ensure availability of office stationary and other items.
  • Vehicle Management.
  • Any other assignments as and when issued.

Educational & Experience Requirement:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • Business Graduate from reputed local/foreign university.
  • Excellent listening and understanding Skill.
  • Computer literate with excellent experiences of using MS Office packages.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Ability & willingness to work under pressure.

Salary Range:

  • Competitive remuneration package will be offered.
