Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc in Mechanical / Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
  
• At least 5 - 7 year(s) experience in Business Development on Engineering & Construction, Heavy Lifting & Haulage, Crane/ Equipment’s Rental, Infrastructure Construction Projects etc.

Job Description:

• The candidate having exposure in Business development in Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Bridge and Infrastructure Development & Construction Project.
  
• Heavy Lifting & Transportation (Offshore & Onshore), ODC Cargo Handling, Crane & Heavy Equipment Rental etc.
  
• Visit to most of the infrastructure projects across the country for business development.
  
• Mechanical – Civil – Electrical Engineering & Construction Project & Erection & Fabrication works procurement & implementation.
  
• Prepare Engineering Design, Drawing, Planning, Estimation, Sourcing, Cost Analysis, and BOQ & Commercial Offer for EPC projects.
  
• Having knowledge on AutoCAD, PLC, MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator CS etc.
  
• Having excellent Leadership & Negotiation skill, work measurement, bill checking & valuation with customers & vendors for payment.
  
• The candidate has excellent knowledge on Engineering & Construction, Project Management, Supervision, Operation & Maintenance, Heavy Lifting - Haulage Plan, Work Procedure, Mythology, Contract Agreement, and Documentation, bidding Tender etc.
  
• Having knowledge & Experience in Q-HSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment).
  
• Carry out regular field visits to project sites to monitor construction works, take necessary measures for rectification and achieve standard quality of site development infrastructures;
  
• Promote margin improvement opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
  
• Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
