We are looking competent, smart, result oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere person/ leadership for our Accounts & Finance department.

Job Description:

• Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure-SOP of Financial Aspect.
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Actionize financial analysis for project profitability analysis, Investment Analysis, Segment profitability analysis, business forecasting etc. applying management accounting technic.
• Expose financial operation, accounting & reporting, crafting and developing internal control system.
• Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Management so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to company act, customs act, income tax, /VAT etc.
• To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
• Develop and implement strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
• Development of internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling to safeguard company's assets.
• Supervise, monitor and control the asset management and movement.
• Dealing audit matters with audit team in a routine manner to improve systems.

• The capacity for managing a wide range of banking network.
• Preferable experience in Construction industry.
