We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR & Admin Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and foster a high-performance culture within the organization.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Have ten to twelve years of experience in a similar sector.
Job Description:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement annual HR and administrative strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Policy Compliance & Implementation: Ensure strict adherence to all HR and administrative policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee core HR functions, including compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, HR Information Systems (HRIS), talent management, performance management, manpower planning, and succession planning.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage the HR & Admin team by assigning tasks, ensuring collaboration, and following up on key initiatives.
- Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: Promote HR programs that foster a positive, efficient, and conflict-free work environment.
- Performance & Reward Management: Design and implement a robust performance management system and establish a reward culture that recognizes and motivates employees based on merit.
- Administrative Oversight: Supervise and enhance administrative functions to support business operations effectively.
- Other Duties: Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirement:
- Proven experience in HR and administrative leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
