AGM - Business Development (Heavy Lifting & Haulage) |
We are looking for competent, smart, result oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere Leader for the Business Development of Heavy lift, Haulage Engineering solution.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical/Civil Engineering from any Public University. MBA from IBA (Dhaka University) will be an added advantage.
Experience: At least 10 to 12 years in the Business Development of Heavy Lifting & Haulage or Sales & Infrastructure Project.
Job Description:
- Plan and develop a strategy for business development.
- Plan and develop methodologies for operational excellence as per Clients’ requirements.
- Liaison & support with business development team and clients for achieving continuous new business.
- Identifying the potential business opportunities of Heavy Equipment rental business with foreign EPC contractors in ongoing and upcoming Infrastructure, Power, Oil & Gas projects in Bangladesh.
- Receiving RFQs from those EPC clients and convert the RFQs into successful business deals.
- Communication with Gov. offices (PGCB, BPDB, RHD, DESCO, DPDC, CPA, CPGCL etc.) for ongoing/ upcoming Energy & Infrastructure project information & work scopes discussion.
- Techno-commercial proposal submission, negotiations & deal finalizing with foreign EPC clients.
- Prepare Heavy lift plan work procedure & method of statement for operation.
- Monitor the billing process.
- Monitor the account receivable and collect payments with the Accounts team to identify and plan operational improvement plans.
- Establish good working relationships with clients.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
