For our Sales department, we are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable, smart, result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & truthful.

Qualification: B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience: At least 10 to 15 years of Sales experience in the Construction Equipment industry with a specific focus on Cranes, Excavators, Rollers, Backhoe Loaders, Air Compressors, and other related machinery. Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations having a thorough knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology

Job Description:

• Sales of Heavy Construction Equipment & Crane etc.
• Create strategic marketing policy and implement the plan. Create & execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
• Evaluate potential Customers, Communicate with local Customers & foreign Clients
• Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
• Conduct training sessions for enhancing selling skills and technical knowledge of sales team.
• Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. Review & analyze sales reports & other metrics.
• Mentor the sales team members on their approach, product knowledge, presentation skills, negotiation skills, relationship building skills, ability to close deals, etc.
• Perform any other assignment given by the Management on emergency requirement basis
