Job Responsibilities:

• Annual Planning of HR & Administration activities.
• Setting, monitoring and achieving HR targets.
• Ensure Recruitment, Selection & Placement of required workers & Non-Management staffs as per requirement.
• Overseeing the payroll function.
• Ensuring full compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure environmental, employee health and safety, rights/benefits & security issues in the factory as per BEPZA law and requirement
• Establish and maintain a peaceful Industrial relation among management and workers.
• Ensure & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal document.
• Leading the HR and Administration team.
• Expert on business and organizational planning ability.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience in HR, Admin & Compliance.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill both Bangla & English.
• Self - motivated, confident & proactive.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Proven ability to multitask.
• Successful experience in employee relations.
• Having sound knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import and Export.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Retired commissioned officer of Bangladesh defence forces will be preferred.
