- Oversee talent management and succession planning.
- Develop frameworks of employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
