Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales planning and promoting sales activities in the territory.
- Plan and develop sales strategies to achieve territory target.
- To ensure products in all potential outlets under his territory.
- Increase coverage as opportunity basis in the territory.
- Ensure dealers satisfaction & motivation with the service of the company.
- Ensure on time collection from all dealers under the territory.
- Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management.
- Always develop Sales Representative’s skills by coaching, training & in field guidance.
- Execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline.
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 34 years
- Must have good concept of Ballpen or FMCG Industry.
- Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
- Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented
- Organizational & time management skills
- Must be pleasant & good team player
- Must be able to work under pressure
- The incumbent should be self-driven, hardworking
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, BBA/ MBA Preferred.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s) in similar position
