Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales planning and promoting sales activities in the territory.
  • Plan and develop sales strategies to achieve territory target.
  • To ensure products in all potential outlets under his territory.
  • Increase coverage as opportunity basis in the territory.
  • Ensure dealers satisfaction & motivation with the service of the company.
  • Ensure on time collection from all dealers under the territory.
  • Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management.
  •  Always develop Sales Representative’s skills by coaching, training & in field guidance.
  • Execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 34 years
  • Must have good concept of Ballpen or FMCG Industry.
  • Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
  • Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented
  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Must be pleasant & good team player
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • The incumbent should be self -driven, hardworking

Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, BBA/ MBA Preferred.

Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s) in similar position
