Sales Support Engineer

Job Context   : We require sincere, hardworking and qualified “Sales Support Engineer” who have more than Five years practical knowledge in PEB Sector.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating price, completing sales and arranging deliberates.
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information to the client by answering questions and requests.
• Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Preparing and developing technical presentation to explain company’s products or services to customers.
• Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
• Analysis client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Ideal candidate should have skill, sufficient engineering knowledge and expertise on modern steel building solution having, thinking and innovative idea.
• Developing and maintaining existing relationship with clients, Set-up sales network.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data, offer, Project Information Form, Filling etc.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from any Public University.
• With extensive related experience diploma Civil/Mechanical Engineer may also apply.
• MBA major in marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5-8 year(s) for Graduate & 10-12 years for Diploma.

Job Requirements

• Age At least 28-35 year(s).
• MUST expert in Auto CAD Drawings & Excel.
• 5-8 Years working experience specially in pre-fabricated steel building sales & marketing.
• Proven Work experience and track record as sales Engineer.
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Should have Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
• Candidate should have unique personality.
• Must be self-motivating, self-starter, fast thinker, industrious, result oriented with `Can Do` attitude.
• Ability to work under stressful situation. Be flexible to provide off-hour support
• Must have ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have vast knowledge about Steel structure such as factory building, wire house, shade, 10 storied steel building etc.
• The incumbents/applicants should have experience in the following areas:   Engineering firms, steel building firms, steel structure production.
