Production Manager-Factory

Job Context   : We require sincere, hardworking and qualified “Production Manager” who have  more than 10-15 years practical knowledge in PEB Sector.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
• Directly control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
• Effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
• Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
• Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.
• Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.
• Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil/Mechanical from any Public University. OR
• With extensive related experience diploma Civil/Mechanical Engineer may also apply.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s) for B.Sc Engg.
• At least 12-15 year(s) for Diploma Engg.

Job Requirements

• Age At least 30-40 year(s).
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
• Hardworking attitude & ability to work under pressure.
• Must be expert in design related software and also capable to hand calculation.
• Should have vast knowledge about Steel structure production such as Industrial building, wire house, factory shade building, multi-storied steel building etc.
• The incumbents/applicants should have experience in the following areas: Engineering firms, steel building firms, steel structure production.
• Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
