Airline Ticketing & reservation:

• Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Travelport, Saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
• Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport / Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, rebook, reissue, issue, split / merge, ancillary, EMD)
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings. Keep up to date with airline policies, Provide after-sales support. promotions, and travel trends.
• Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients. Prepare report as required by management.
