Job Description / Responsibility

  • Oversee the entire business operation from development to delivery.
  • Ensure continuous growth, improvement, and sustainability of the business.
  • Transfer industry knowledge and skills to top-down level managers.
  • Maintain compliance with European market requirements.
  • Develop operations policies, setup SOPs & ensure compliance to realize plans as per budget.
  • Ensure high efficiency in all processes of marketing, merchandising & production management.
  • Planning for operations besides building a strong succession pipeline and adequate manpower.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
  • Post Graduate in related field with extensive practical knowledge and skills in RMG industry Experience preferred

Skills Required: Audit, Business/ Product Development, Production/ Operation Management, International/ Export Marketing, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Compliance Management, Industry Analysis, Sustainability, Planning and budget, SOP setup and execution
