Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Excellent Relationship & Follow-up with Prospects & Clients.
  • Ensure Customer Information is maintained accurately in the Customer Database.
  • Analyze Trends, Data, Demographics, Pricing Strategies and other information that can potentially improve Marketing and Sales performance.
  • Set digital Marketing Strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blog).
  • Involvement in physical Branding activities.
  • Should have capabilities to prepare & implement Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Follow up Sales and Promotional Activities.
  • Have the capability to lead Marketing Team & Train members of the Team.
  • Acquire New Customers & visit the Market frequently.
  • Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
  • Collect, Forecast and analyze the Market Data for Operating Plan.

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA/ Master’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized University.

Job Requirements:

  • 6 or more year working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
  • Sufficient Knowledge on Land/ Real Estate/ Developer Business and present market scenario.
  • Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
  • Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
  • Capability of convincing Prospect.
  • Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
