Assistant Manager (Project)
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning for Proper Progress of Project Works.
- Monitoring the Project Progress and taking Action Plan depending upon the needs.
- Improving Workmanship, Quality of each item of Works.
- Providing Safety guideline to all the workers.
- To coordinate with different department to provide necessary decision to the Project.
- Supervise and Monitor Structural, Masonry and Finishing work to ensure the Quality of Construction.
- Maintain Liaison with officers and/or any Sub-Contractors & Supervisor.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University.
Job Requirements:
- 05 (Five) Years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry after Graduation.
- Must have adequate knowledge on Multi-Storied Basement and Finishing Work especially in Fair-face & Cladding.
- High attention to Details & Accuracy.
- Extensive Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and Present Construction Scenario.
- Extensive Knowledge on Updated/ New Building Materials.
- Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated.
- Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
- Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
- Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
