Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing & Implementing Procurement Strategy & Policies and Forecast Procurement needs.
  • Collect Competitive Price from Suppliers & Prepare Comparative Statement for Management Decision.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Approve, Issues Purchase Orders and Ensure Authorization as Necessary to Facilitate the Timely Purchase.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery of Requisitioned Material with Specified Quality.
  • Make Liaison with Production Line for Procurement Planning & take Necessary Actions.
  • Suggest/ Recommend Solving any Critical Issues.
  • Prepare and Furnish Reports as and when Required By Supervisor/ Department Head.
  • Exploring New Responsive Supplier/ Vendor Sourcing.
  • Performing All Types (Local & Foreign) of Purchase and Procurement Related Activities.
  • Use of ERP Software.
  • Receiving, Checking & Scrutinizing the Submitted Bills with Relevant MRR, QC, Challan. Preparing, Maintaining and Reviewing Purchasing Files, Reports and Price Lists.
Educational Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree from a recognized University.

Job Requirements:

  • 10 (Ten) Years or more working Experience in Purchase and Procurement Sector of Real Estate.
  • In-depth Knowledge about Real Estate Industry & Materials used in Constructions & Present Market Scenario.
  • Should be Energetic, Self-motivated and have Excellent Communications & Negotiation Skills.
  • Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
