Job responsibilities:

• To prepare Commercial documents for Import & Export.
  
• Handling L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
  
• Preparing Shipment Advice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Detail Packing List.
  
• Knowledgeable in BL, GSP, CO, UD & UD Amendment.
  
• Maintain all correspondence & Communication to the Bank, Buyers, and forwarder verbally & through Mail.

Job Location: House-08, Road-12, Block-J, Baridhara, Dhaka-1212.

Experience: 3-4 years

Educational Requirement: BBS Hon’s, MBS (Accounting).

Additional requirements: Sound knowledge in Computer, MS office program especially in MS Excel, MS Word.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
  
• Must be in sound health condition
  
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance during office time.
  
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  
• Good Presentation skill.
