Position: Sub Assistant Engineer (CNC Machine Operation)
Join the dynamic team of Mampower and be responsible for handling the responsibilities of fabrication works. Ideal candidate will have multitasking skills and good communicating. He will be a self starter with effective interpersonal skills. The person will report directly to Manager (Production) and facilitate the growth of organization by being a key member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Operate machine, parts loading, providing programs, operating controls, setting offset and inspection of quality of parts
- To study and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished works
- Ensure required production
- Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of production
- Communication with immediate supervisor regarding production control, quality and other machine malfunctions to ensure required production
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
- Documentation of production & maintenance reports and other required papers
- Lead 1 or 2 operators to ensure productivity, quality and standards
- Perform any other task given by the management
Additional Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and idea on general fabrication works
- Hands on experience with reading and editing “G code” software
- Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and the application
- Knowledge of different cutting tools and general maintenance of the CNC Turret Punch Machine
- Knowledge on AutoCAD Software
- Age 23 to 28 year(s)
- Must be an expert on Computer operation & Proficiency in, MS-Office (Word-Excel) and Email etc.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with management and various stakeholders
- Self-motivated, hard working & honest
Job Location: Factory, Demra, Dhaka
Salary: Negotiable
