Job Context
We are looking for a Senior Manager-Maintenance (Electromechanical) who will provide complete maintenance support to our Export Oriented Factory and manage the maintenance team in day-to-day activities.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to 20 or more maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Communicate and report maintenance activities with overseas counterparts.
• Strong communicator who can read, speak, and write proficiently in English.
• Experience with vacuum pumps, valves, seals, compressors, HVAC, and Vacuum Evaporating Machine.
• Support overall activities of the maintenance department for all factory departments.
• Set up and maintain Preventative Maintenance Program and plan (yearly) for Preventative Maintenance with a schedule and necessary tools.
• Ensure proper monitoring and follow-up for scheduled Maintenance, including breakdown Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, and troubleshooting maintenance.
• Must have the capability to solve emergency maintenance issues.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Develop standard Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance procedures & ensure implementation.
• Monitor equipment and materials inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for Maintenance.
• Organize and prepare the factory for periodic third-party audits following guidelines for Accord, BNBC, ethical/ environmental/ technical/ electrical, and fire safety.
• Ensure all facility maintenance within the boundaries of the factory always conforms to Government regulations.
• Have to work with the Medium & High Voltage substation, power transmission & distribution equipment design, installation & commissioning & Maintenance.
• Any other departmental works assigned by the management.

• Chattogram Export Processing Zone, Chattogram

Working Time

• Regular duty is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but that time is not considered any necessary moment. In this case, the company will make transport arrangements.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electro-Mach)
• Preferred Professional Certification on Auto CAD 2D 3D, MS Office.
• ABC/NBQ certification.

• 10 to 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Read, write, and speak English.
