QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University (Public University is preferable).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the LPG bottling/Cylinder Manufacturing Industry equipment maintenance.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of pumps, compressors, PLC, SCADA, and automation systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure proper maintenance of LPG Bottling plant and machinery, including pumps, compressors, and other equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring optimization without compromising quality, safety, maintenance, and security.
• Accountable for preventive/predictive maintenance of all equipment and facilities, managing inventory, providing the highest quality of service to our customers, and ensuring adherence to best HR practices and the highest degree of safety and statutory norms in plant operations.
• Report to the team leader.
• Must work within a team.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Desired Skills

• Candidates should preferably possess sufficient knowledge and skills in handling maintenance of heavy machinery and compressors. They should also have thorough knowledge of various statutory norms applicable to hazardous industries.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, proficiency in troubleshooting plant and machinery, ability to motivate and lead the team from the front, capability to work in coordination with all concerned parties including statutory authorities and oil marketing companies, and aptitude to focus on every aspect with meticulousness are the desirable qualities of the Senior Service Engineer.
