Job Responsibilities

  • Create Agents from Education Consultancy Firm
  • Follow up over the phone and maintain a strong relationship with agents of MUBC
  • To organize students recruitment activities like staff counseling session, spot admission, seminar, at consultancy firm to talk with them.
  • Follow-up agents of MUBC regular basis and collect students file from them
  • Actively recruiting international students through sales and marketing techniques
  • Attend University's promotional campaigns.
  • Research to identify new leads
  • Contacting potential agents of MUBC via email/Whats App/FB and phone to establish the relationship
  • Advice agents and students about the programs offered, assistance in admission procedure.
  • Evaluating applications.
  • Planning and overseeing new promotional initiatives.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and University events.
  • Preparing and presenting PowerPoint presentations for student recruitment activities.
  • Counseling prospective students to admit into the programs.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
  • Will have to work at our office in Dhaka. But the candidate must be ready to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per University policy.
  • MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Internet Browsing, E-mailing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Writing Website Educational Post, Writing Educational Post for Facebook Promotion, Graphics Designing,
  • Support and be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar.
  • Strong ability to convince agents and students and fill up monthly target
  • Counseling prospective students to admit into the programs.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
  • Counseling with student Over phone and Face to face
  • Follow up prospective students over phone independently and timely in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for providing information, advice, support and processing of applications for the int. students.
  • Attend to students by phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow through on student inquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as and when required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.  

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor/ Degree from a reputed public/ private university with a strong academic background

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Counseling, Education Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • males and Females both are allowed to apply
  • 3 years experience is required. Preference will be given to the applicants with 2 years of experience in international students recruitment
  • The candidate must have excellent writing and public speaking skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal skill with the ability to interact with all levels of people including the office support staffs
  • Must have good management, communication, and Technical Skills.
  • Needs to have some experience in similar jobs like working experience in Educational Consultancy firm
