Job Context
To manage the complete operation of the Swaraj Tractor Business with distributor. The primary task is to drive various activities in managing the market and distributors to achieve the desired business objectives of the Swaraj Tractor business.
Job Responsibilities
- Managed distributors to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, deliveries etc.
- Focus on achievement of monthly retail targets by improving retail performance.
- Ensure proper coverage by appointing new dealers in high volume agriculture belts
- Ensure proper model mix inventory at all dealerships
- Planning of BTL activities i.e. demonstration, road shows, customer meets, service camps for
- generation of fresh enquiries
- Regularly monitoring of open and confirmed enquiries and ensuring regular follow-up for conversion.
- Monitoring the distribution network by appointing dealers for appropriate market coverage
- Mapping competitor activities, capturing feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products.
- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring delightful customer experience.
Employment status: Full time on the payroll of FMCI-Bangladesh
Educational Requirements: Graduation / Post-Graduation
Experience Requirements: At least 5 years-experience in Agri Machinery / Tractors Business

Job location: Dhaka, but will involve extensive travel across Bangladesh
Salary: Will be discussed on a case-to-case basis
