Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a business territory to achieve the business targets like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries.
• Generating enquiries through marketing activation.
• Complete customer assessment with related documents before delivery of the product.
• Ensuring day to day collection & recoveries form market.
• Ensuring viable distribution network by managing customer, dealers, agent, broker for appropriate market coverage.
• Support branch manager in ensuring 3 months model rolling forecast.
• Execution of events like local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.
• Ensure pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.
• Track the competitor activities, capture feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products.
• Support branch manager with market inputs of specific incentive schemes for dealers, agents, broker etc.
• Monthly Tour plan (In accordance with bank/customer/ Dealers/Agent/Brokers assign territory).

Educational Requirements

• Masters / Bachelor / Diploma from any reputed institute

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 8 year(s)
• Skills Required: Firm Equipment (Tractors & Implements) – Sales.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Negotiation skills, Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal, Planning and Team Work, Inter-cultural Sensitivity.
• Willingness to travel to hinterlands of the country
