JOB ROLE
We're seeking someone to join MAC ABC Supply Chain Solutions Limited based in Dhaka, Bangladesh who can assist in the day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks of the organization. This role supports accounting, budgeting, documentation, procurement, and general office administration to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the finance and administrative departments.
PREREQUISITES
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers & interns encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); accounting software is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable with local travel for bank & tax office tasks
- Honest, responsible, and confidential in handling tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily accounting operations - payment processing, petty cash, data entry.
- Maintain and update financial records, reconciliations, and reports.
- Manage bank-related tasks - deposits, cheque collection, document delivery.
- Conduct tax-related fieldwork - VAT return submissions, challan collection.
- Manage procurement, asset register, admin filing, and office documentation.
- Support HR & Admin tasks - attendance, leave tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure secure document handling and organized filing
