Job Profile |
|
- To lead and grow sales from contracted corporate accounts for Singapore Airlines, the World’s Most Awarded Airline, in Bangladesh.
|
3. |
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities |
|
- Responsible for the growth of specific corporate/agency accounts and acquiring corporate accounts in order to meet country’s KPI.
- Resposible for meeting corporate pen rate target.
- Responsible for growth of station’s corporate revenue.
- Responsible for meeting High Flyer (SME) revenue target.
- Responsible for acquring new coprorates & HighFlyer accounts.
- Responsible to update CRM for corporate account in Salesforce (SMT).
- Responsible to track corporate account expiry date.
- Work with sales planning unit to file corporate fares.
- Mainitaining good rapport with corporate travel manager & coporate owners.
- Regular sales calls to potential or existing corporates to explore and leverage opportunities.
- Monitor industry developments and market intelligence.
- Assisting department head on devising strategies in view of growing corporate base/ revenue contribution.
- Others (provide back-up for department colleagues during their leave).
- Any other duties assisgned by HOD.

Job Requirements |

- A graduate degree from a recognised university
- Driven and results focused
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Good people skills
- Excellent comunication skills
- Proficiency in English ( Reading, writing and speaking)
- Believer in hard work, dedication and team work
- Excellent skill in MS office (word, intermediate excel, pivot table, power point).
