Position: Field Research Officer/Senior Field Research Officer

Job Description:
- Data collection from retail shops using Android Device
- Collection of market information
- Maintaining relationship with retail shops for cooperation
- Submitting daily work plan prior to start of field work and complying with the plan
- Completion of field work within deadline
- Ensuring quality field work
- Reporting to supervisors/team leaders on a daily basis
- Submission of accurate bills within deadline
- Travelling across regions/divisions as assigned by supervisors
- Performing any other relevant task assigned by supervisors
Academic Qualification: The candidate needs to have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Required Experience: Candidates who have minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG/ Retail Panel/ Market Research will get preference; fresher will also be eligible for the post.
Other Relevant Requirements:
- Candidates having prior experience in CAPI (Computer Based Personal Interviewing) will be preferred
- Candidate needs to have a smartphone with minimum 2 GB RAM and should have work level skills in smartphone
- Candidate needs to have basic knowledge in using computers (e.g. sending emails)
- Candidate should be hardworking and has to have the mindset to travel frequently for work
