Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee factories to ensure accurate process analysis and correct production operations.
• Verify and check patterns to ensure accuracy in measurements, shape, and grading.
• Conduct training for suppliers to introduce key requirements and enhance foundational knowledge.
• Fitting check on mannequins and models to ensure accurate fit.
• Independently assess and make informed decisions regarding the sample approval.
• Understanding of sample quality standards, with the ability to evaluate and check all types of samples.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Create, grade patterns and perform consumption using the Gerber system.
• Travel to factory to ensure quality and other requirements.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline is required, but practical experience will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a reputable European liaison office.
• Expertise in both manual and CAD pattern making and grading, with a strong command of Gerber System.
• Proven experience as a Garment Technician in woven, knit, and sweater garments.
• Strong command of both spoken and written English.
• Deep familiarity with garment production processes and quality control systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
• Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions.
• Ability to make confident, well-informed decisions based on solid technical expertise.
• Possessing excellent skills in applications such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Illustrator.
