Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Book keeping related activities of the organization & monitor / update accounts data.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closure of books of accounts for Units & Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.
- Ensure Import document collection, processing i.e.LC opening, LC margin ,LC acceptance ,payment ,balance confirmation & Import liability reconciliation .
- Good knowledge on Bangladesh Accounting Standards & Banking System
- Update all daily accounting entries (Tally) & monthly closing processes are properly completed as per deadline
- Knowledge on Product Costing & MIS. Maintain Fixed Assets data & physical asset verification. Monitor / Reconcile Physical Inventory & Prepare Reports.
- Maintain data of VAT, CIT, Service Tax detail and work with Tax Consultants to submit the Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly returns on time of Tax Compliances.
- Deal with Tax Authority. Knowledge on income tax and payroll calculation
- Control & Monitor AP & AR month end closing process including all related ledger reconciliation. Check & Process Invoice / Contracts / Vouchers - Payment to Supplier. Reconcile AP & AR.
- Good knowledge on Bangladesh Banking System & Laws. Work with bank for all documentation (Loan / Payments / Reports etc) as required
- Prepare Daily Cash & Bank Balance Report & Reconcile Bank balance with Bank Statement
- Prepare Daily / Monthly Sales Report. Monitor & Prepare Daily Cash Flow & prepare Direct Cash Flow
- Ability to work with the team / other departments, with good communication skills both oral and written

Experience Requirments:
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
- Working for logistic & express company will get preference.
