Job Description / Responsibility:
- To achieve primary sales target as well as to monitor secondary sales tracking
- Building, establishing and maintaining good relationship with Distributors and Retailers.
- Establish and formulate SKU wise product movement, effective route coverage plans and proper merchandising of products.
- Leads the Distributors, inclusive of managing performance, coaching & mentoring.
- Collect competitors’ information & Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics
- Directs the selling activities within the Area, inclusive of asset (freezer) deployment and customer interactions.
- Maintain a detailed database of Existing Distributors, Retailers and Freezers.
- Nurture existing clients and to develop new consumers
- Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline, BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University will get preference.
Experience Requirments:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
